The surroundings of Obereggen, near our Hotel Cristal, offer a Nordic skiing track of over 100km. Nordic skiers can start in the centre of Deutschnofen and Petersberg and take in the fantastic South Tyrolean nature. At a height of 1,380 metres awaits a spectacular view of Catinaccio/Rosengarten, Latemar and the snowy winter wonderland all over. Visit the track of 25km in Deutschnofen with its many entry possibilities. Or try out the sunny track at the foot of the place of pilgrimage Maria Weißenstein in Petersberg.
If you are looking to ski on the perfectly prepared slopes between Mt. Corno Bianco/Weißhorn and Mt. Corno Nero/Schwarzhorn, leading all the way to the Lavazè pass at 1,800 metres altitude, you find a shuttle bus for Nordic skiers, taking you to the starting point of the track. The cross-country tracks lead you for 80km across meadows and fields all the way to Val di Fiemme, the cross-country centre of Italy in Trentino.
